For Patients Without Insurance Coverage

Payment is due in full at the time of service.

For Patients With Dental Insurance

We require that your estimated share be paid at the time of service.  As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claim.  However, it is not possible to confirm the exact amount the insurance company will pay.  It is the responsibility of the patient to know the allowances and limitations of their own policy.  In order to prevent misunderstanding, we wish our patients to know that the fees for endodontic services are the responsibility of the patient.

Payment Options

We accept cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  Our office is not set-up to take payments.  Should you need to make payments over time, our third party lender is CareCredit.  The application process for using CareCredit must be completed prior to your appointment.  Click the link below to apply.  Please bring your CareCredit issued account number with you when you arrive at the office.   

We request 2 business days notice for any cancellations or changes in your appointment date or a fee may be charged.  To best serve our clients, we save 1.5 to 2 hours for each individual patient's treatment.  Canceling without adequate notice makes it difficult for us to meet the needs of other patients and leaves the time unused.
